The History of the AdKontact Call Center

It all started with a legitimate observation: the number of customers for companies in a number of sectors was constantly increasing, and managing customer relationships was becoming more and more challenging. Customers don't have time to waste on bad experiences.

Our first office was then established in Paris in 2009, enabling companies to outsource the management of their customer relationship.

In 2012, we wanted to conquer Africa. We set up our offices in Lomé, Togo, which has since become the group's headquarters, housing a high-standard building built to European standards.
